Accreditation for Quality Management Systems (QMS)

Certification bodies (CBs) offer Quality Management System certification to organizations that meet the requirements outlined in the ISO 9000 series of standards. The ISO 9001 standard establishes an organization’s quality management system and aims to ensure that goods and services consistently meet customer needs, expectations, and regulatory requirements.

If a Certification Body wishes to obtain ISO 9001 accreditation, they must adhere to ISO/IEC 17021-1 and ISO 17021-3, as well as other international requirements specified in the Specific Requirements for Accreditation for QMS Scheme.

Certification bodies that are interested in applying for an accreditation scheme for QMS may submit a request for the application documents by sending an email to info@uasaccreditation.org.
