Accreditation For Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS)
Certification bodies offer Food Safety Management Systems certification to organizations that have demonstrated the implementation of a food safety system throughout the food chain. ISO 22000 outlines the requirements for a food safety management system that integrates interactive communication, system management, prerequisite programs, and HACCP principles to guarantee food safety throughout the food chain.
To obtain ISO 22000 accreditation, a certification body must adhere to ISO/IEC 17021, ISO/TS 22003, and other international requirements specified in the Specific Requirements for Accreditation for FSMS Scheme.
Certification bodies that are interested in applying for an accreditation scheme for FSMS may submit a request for the application documents by sending an email to info@uasaccreditation.org.
